Iowa Prairie Project at Brush Dale Farm Hunting Preserve and Kennel
Brush-Dale Farm has approximately 250 acres of land (formerly corn and hay ground) which has been planted with natural Iowa prairie grasses, flowers, shrubs, bushes, and trees. The northern Prairie, where our full-day guided hunts are focused, is nearly 200 acres of rolling hills, food plots, wind breaks, and ponds and adjoins our new wetlands. Some of the grasses are over 10-feet tall! And thick! You can barely walk through this stuff! It gives you a true appreciation for the early pioneers' trek westward.
